Complete the Application Form
Submission of Application letter, documents, and evidence of payment of $1000 to the Authority for processing of the application.
Review
Internal review of the submitted documents
Site inspection
Site inspection of the proposed site by staff of the Authority. Based on the report of site inspection the application may be recommended for the next step.
Recommendation to Minister
A recommendation will be passed to the Minister for approval.
Recommendation to the President
A recommendation will be passed to the President by the Minister for final approval in line with the NEPZA Act.
Official Declaration
Issuance of Free Zone Declaration License.
